A neutral, external facilitator can help move complex situations forward, or support statutory consultation and stakeholder engagement.
Mind the Gap provides skilled facilitation with single facilitators, diverse teams, or teams involving local facilitators.
We keep our facilitation work simple and progressive, remaining in the background as much as possible and withdrawing as soon as people feel comfortable and safe.
Our involvement may be short-term with individuals or small groups, or longer-term over the lifetime of a programme, often linking with an internal facilitator.
We are comfortable facilitating large groups, sometimes where conflict is a serious worry, or in multi-lingual, multi-cultural situations where translations are necessary.
Mind the Gap is well networked and can refer you to other agencies or individuals who may be able to help if we cannot meet your specific needs.
We also provide training in facilitation (e.g. skills development, confidence building) with local people or staff.
