We design and facilitate a range of practical seminars and courses for clients seeking in-service training or pre-service training in leadership and management. This often relates to a new strategy or change initiative where teams need building, or where work needs to be coordinated among different management teams in cross-sector work.
Training for informal leadership in cross-cultural settings is commonly requested. We work with teams and one-to-one with people who wish to refresh or develop their practical skills in formal or informal leadership and management.
Leadership and management training is normally also a significant component of our work in conflict management and project management.
Our long-term contracts with the European Central Bank have twice been renewed to work on leadership with central banks, financial institutions and the Single Supervisory Mechanism across Europe. We have had annual contracts for Teach First to deliver leadership and team development for in-service teachers.
