When faced with uncertainty about the future, a clear route-map can help ensure that we can move from where we are now, to where we want to be – comfortably, safely and effectively. Mind the Gap works with individuals and organisations through a combination of facilitation, coaching, and training to help people identify options and move forward in a resourceful, optimistic way.
We can support people throughout a change process, or with part of it, to build confidence, and an understanding of how change can be measured, while controlling risks that might prevent or degrade outcomes.
Different organisations have different goals for change. Understanding these goals, the opportunities people seek and the risks that bring concern, forms part of our early analysis. Working with a British university we helped facilitate a safety culture and behaviour change programme at one of the UK’s largest power stations. We recently finished a multi-year collaboration with an international NGO, designing a results-based project management programme as part of their corporate change management process.
We have facilitated several change management processes for research programmes, and worked with charities and NGOs to build their Boards’ capacity to design and deliver change effectively and safely.
