We design and facilitate a range of practical seminars and courses for clients seeking in-service or pre-service training in leadership, team building and communications and management. This often relates to a new strategy, a retreat, or change initiative where teams need building, or where work needs to be coordinated among different teams in cross-sector work.
We have had long-term contracts with the European Central Bank and European System of Central Banks relating to the Single Supervisory Mechanism across Europe; Teach First to deliver leadership and team development for in-service teachers; and many local organisations and charities for training in practical skills for informal leadership in cross-cultural settings.
Leadership and management training are also a significant component of our work in conflict management and project management.
