When faced with uncertainty about the future, a clear route-map can help ensure that we can move from where we are now, to where we want to be – comfortably, safely and effectively. Mind the Gap works with individuals and organisations through a combination of facilitation, coaching, and training to help people identify options and move forward in a resourceful, optimistic way.
We support people throughout a change process, or with part of it, to build confidence and understanding of how change can be measured, while controlling risks that might prevent or degrade outcomes.
Different organisations have different goals for change. Our initial analysis focuses on understanding these goals, opportunities and concerns. Working with a British university we helped facilitate a behaviour change programme to improve safety at one of the UK’s largest power stations. For an international NGO, we designed a results-based project management programme as part of their corporate change management. We have facilitated several change management processes for research programmes and worked with charities and NGOs to build their Boards’ capacity to design and deliver change effectively and safely.
